Carol and Gene Kent are living what some would call a heartbreaking life—their son and only child, Jason, a young man who initially had so much promise, is now living out a life sentence for murder in a maximum security prison. But despite their seemingly hopeless situation, Carol and Gene live a life full of grace.
Carol Kent is a popular international speaker best known for being dynamic, humorous, encouraging, and biblical. She is also the author of several books.
Through the Kents' remarkable ongoing journey, Jason's riveting letters from behind bars, and true "grace place" stories from the lives of others, Between a Rock and a Grace Place reveals that when seemingly insurmountable challenges crash into our lives, we can be transformed as we discover God at work in ways we never imagined.

Michelle Sim is an energetic, wisdom filled, motivational speaker and singer who is known for her authenticity and her ability to stir up faith, passion and purpose in the hearts of her listeners. She has produced several cds and founded Northern Praise Ministries, a Canadian organization which supports Christians in music.
Michelle has a passion for those less fortunate around her. This is inspired by her younger son Paul who, although diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, is the joy and character maker of Michelle's life.
Michelle's keen and zany sense of humour has seen her through many challenges and difficulties. Her on stage persona has been compared to that of Lucille Ball, but the message of Christ always come through in strength and clarity. She has written two books—My Son, My Gift ... Living With Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Adventures with Jesus… YIKES!
